Our Policy on Satisfaction Guarantee
As since 1996, Ben guarantees that you will be satisfied with the service or product you purchase from him or he will give you a refund. This refund policy is as follows: If reading his book, listening to or watching his audio recording (tape, CD, DVD) or while attending his seminar or consulting you decide that you are not satisfied with the information you are getting, you will get a full refund on the purchase price of the service according to the terms of this policy. To receive a refund the customer must complete a short questionnaire about why he/she is not satisfied with the service received and return it to the Customer Care Representative or the service provider. Books, tapes, CD-ROMs and DVDs should be returned by regular mail in resaleable condition to the address from which they were shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are to be refunded, except when unnecessary costs are added by the use of special shipping services. All return items should be returned by regular mail. Any extra charges incurred by the service provider and/or distributor/publisher to receive the item will be deducted from the amount of the refund. The refund will be paid either by money-order or bank transfer or made to the credit card used for the original purchase. In no circumstances will be the service provider be liable for refunding more than the price of the service purchased.
This refund policy is to be closely followed and kept as an operational guideline regarding refunds by all service providers who market and sell Ben Nogradi 's services or products.
