Advance Payment Policy

All services must be fully paid in advance. As you pay in advance for flying an airline or ordering a product on the Internet before using the service or getting the product, the same applies with books and training/consulting services by Ben Nogradi. If you or your company have a problem with this policy, we advise you to seek another service provider who agrees to getting paid after delivering the service for you.

Shipping Policy

Book, tape or DVD orders being delivered to an address outside the country it was printed in may be assessed custom charges or import duties associated with their orders.

The service provider does not charge, collect nor pay duty or customs charges for print book (tape, DVD, VHS, etc) orders shipped outside the country of original printing. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact local customs office or postal authority for further information regarding shipments from a foreign country.
